Community Singing For Fun Group

The Community Singing For Fun  Group started in March 2012 when the Community Council sponsored an open singing event in the village hall. The strong and enthusiastic response to this led to regular rehearsals twice a month.

The Group is for villagers of all ages, and practices a range of genres from popular song to African chant.

We believe that singing is so good for people. It helps you meet new people and get along with those you already knew on a deeper level. It also has proven health benefits.

No experience is necessary to join the Singing Group; we welcome all ages and all abilities.

So, if you fancy coming along and having a good sing then we meet every other Wednesday in St Mary’s Church from 7.30-8.30pm.

New members are always welcome. All ages and levels of experience are welcome to come along and sing with us. NO AUDITION NECESSARY!
